Tem-Pace was incorporated in 1987 in Niles, Michigan. The company was formed in response to a significant
market demand for small pieces of tempered safety glass in the mobile home and recreational vehicle (MH/RV)
industries in the Michiana area. The need for a quick turnaround time was paramount, and Tem-Pace began
operations with a custom designed system which accomplished that objective. In 1992 Tem-Pace acquired
Mawer Glass, Inc. located in Paulding, Ohio, and moved that business to the Niles location. In 1994, Tem-Pace
added 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space to the original structure and continued to expand in 1998 with
another 32,000 square feet. In late 2007, Tem-Pace expanded once again by adding a new office building
located just north of their current office and production building. Tem-Pace now operates under 100,000 square
feet on 14 acres in the Niles Industrial Park. As Tem-Pace has grown, state-of-the-art technology has been
continuously added to improve the company's capabilities.
Tem-Pace, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom tempered glass, serving many
markets, including the truck cap, door and window, furniture, displays,
lighting, RV industries, and many more. Tem-Pace's capabilities include

Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois, as well as customers all over the globe. The
