Also known as painting, this is the final step before tempering. Using specialized printing equipment, the glass is coated with ceramic frit ink, which becomes indelible after the glass is tempered. Utilizing in house equipment, Tem-Pace can produce glass printed with any pattern and in multiple colors. Inks are Cadmium and Lead free. |
High tech computer controlled radius bending systems allow Tem-Pace to bend glass pieces to a variety of single radius contours with minimal set-up time. Utilizing furnances that feature horizontal rollers means the glass will never have unsightly tong marks. |
